Hope Community Trust

Hope in Action | Giving our Community Hope and a Future.

About Us

The Hope Community Trust was established in 2010 with the dream of having a Hub where people could go to access practical, emotional and spiritual support.

We believe in the power of relationships. We believe that every person should be valued, have dignity, be respected and accepted no matter their background, religion, culture or life circumstances. We do this by providing a wraparound care service and creating a place of connection and community where every person can contribute and belong.

Mission

To restore hope in individuals and families. By providing a wrap-around care model recognising the physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Vision

Bringing hope transforming lives.

Community Support & Groups

We have Community Support Workers who have different
areas of responsibilities. They ensure people are listened to, treated with dignity and given as much support as possible within our wrap-around-care model. Advocacy and budgeting services provided as well as collaboration and referrals to other organisations if needed. They will journey with a person until a natural conclusion is reached.

Foodbank

Provides support for any person/family no matter what circumstances that may need some extra help, this is not a means tested service. Whether redundancy, illness, benefit delay, extra bills or any other reason
we are here to help.

Counselling Centre

We provide a service that is professional, friendly, easily accessible & affordable. Our goal is to come alongside each person as they take steps to live in greater wholeness, healing, and fulfilment.

We offer our clients support within a therapeutic framework that is respectful & mindful of needs, beliefs & values. We value working with health practitioners & other social services in our local and wider community. This includes individuals, families, couples, children & young people.

The Hope Community Trust runs a professional counselling service in which
we aim to provide quality outcomes whilst removing barriers to accessing help with a wide range of issues.

All you need to do is contact us and we will meet with you to talk about how we can help you.
At this time, you can work out which of the counsellors may best suit you, what the cost will be, who has referred you and what goals you have.
Our service is confidential, and all information collected is securely stored.
