Meet the team.
Katya Paki
Pou Tiaki Tari
Katya is vibrant and loud, yet she can also be shy at times. Clever and respectful, she carries her mana whenua with pride and shines as a beautiful kapa haka performer. When she’s had enough, that’s it—she’s never afraid to speak her mind and has a curious, bold spirit.
Katya’s strengths include confidently saying no, especially when it's time to lead waiata. She's a great collaborator, a fast learner, and a computer whizz with a keen eye for detail. Bringing the rangatahi voice to the table, she enjoys good kai and is known for quick drives to the corner store. Often the number one taxi driver when she’s not enjoying a cold beverage, Katya is a blossoming events coordinator, fresh out of her studies and ready to take on new challenges.

A generous and knowledgeable auntie, always willing to share her wealth of wisdom, whether she's working hard or hardly working.
While time management may not be her strongest suit, Emma is reliable, skilled in collaboration, and excels at multitasking - all while running on caffeine. Her keen attention to detail and talent for cooking are paired with a vibrant personality and the effort she puts into keeping their facial expressions in check.

Bubs (Mere-Ana Brennan)
Kaitiaki Hauora
Bubs is the straight-shooting smart ass who's always chasing her youth while keeping everyone else in line. With discipline that could put a drill sergeant to shame and a sharp tongue to match, she’s the go-to for getting things done—always with a side of humor. Popular for all the right reasons, Bubs has a way of building people up, telling it like it is, and making you laugh at your own mistakes, all before lunch. She's tough, quick-witted, and always ready to whip you into shape with a smile.
Bubs is strong, both in spirit and in the gym—lifting heavy things and squatting like a champ. Solution-focused and always ready to fix things, her empathy might not look like everyone else's, but it's definitely there. She’s the kind of person who complains only for the right reasons and will fight for a cause—but only before 7 p.m. Reliable to the core, Bubs is the low-key activist you can count on, as long as it’s not past her bedtime!

Nate Stowers
Kaitiaki Hauora
Nate is the front man for Tī Wana, bringing a warm and uplifting presence wherever he goes. With an invisible memory bank filled with experiences, he prefers the great outdoors over a computer screen, embracing life with the spirit of manaaki. Described as a teddy bear with muscles, he’s known as the "Chch rock," and his genuine kindness and supportive nature make him a fertile source of encouragement for those around him.
Nate's work strengths include practicing manaakitanga and building meaningful connections with others. He often goes the extra mile by buying coffees and using his own car to take whānau around instead of the work vehicle. Always keen to give things a crack, he encourages everyone to hit the gym, even when they’re reluctant. Known as the encouraging personal trainer we all try to avoid, Nate is also always good for the blooper reel, adding a light-hearted touch to the workplace with his infectious spirit and humor. He exudes calmness and support, until he's not, bringing a unique blend of serenity and enthusiasm to every situation.

Monica Lei
Kaiwhakahaere Matua
Monica, proudly Māori and Tongan, could’ve easily been a stand-up comedian or the personal chef to sumo wrestling stars (if only they knew what they were missing). As the youngest of her siblings, she was meant to be the princess — but somehow ended up as the chief organiser, managing chaos like a seasoned air traffic controller.
In the office, Monica often takes on the role of Mother Hen — with some even whispering she’s the unofficial kaumātua, despite being nowhere near the oldest. Her leadership strikes a perfect balance between firm and fair, with a knack for spotting creative solutions and turning ideas into action. She empowers kaimahi with her vision, inviting others to dream big alongside her, and keeps the energy light with humour and positive vibes.
Fiercely whānau ora through and through, nothing lights her up more than seeing her community thrive. A walking idea factory with jandals glued to her feet (because shoes? Only if absolutely necessary), Monica stays cool, calm, and collected no matter what hits the fan. With her at the helm, work is never just work — it’s a blend of hustle, laughter, and big-hearted fun.
